Shipping policy

Print-on-demand fulfillment. Every Unsponsored™ piece is printed to order after you buy it, so nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing goes to landfill waiting to be bought. Because of this, orders are produced before they ship.

Production time. Most orders are printed and handed to the carrier within 2–7 business days. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Shipping destinations and rates. We ship worldwide. Shipping options, rates and estimated delivery windows for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders to the United States typically arrive within 3–8 business days after production; international orders typically take 1–3 weeks after production depending on destination and customs.

Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the print facility. Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages from different facilities.

Duties and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated at checkout.

Address changes. Contact us at unsponsored.llc@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We can update it only before the order enters production.

Lost, damaged or misprinted orders. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or does not arrive at all, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (for damage or misprints) and we will reprint or refund it.
